Plant proteins are already a clear trend among consumers. However, not all of them are accepted in the same way; a clear example is soy and wheat proteins, which are increasingly rejected for their allergenic potential, among other considerations, and consumers have become critical of GMOs.

In response to these global demands, we at IMPAG Iberia continue to invest in and offer solutions with our Pisane™ pea protein.
